2. Information we collect
We may collect names, business names, contact details, order and invoice details, payment status, website and email names, connected social accounts, help requests and records of how the package is used.
3. Why we use information
We use information to answer questions, confirm package availability, create and secure hosting or email accounts, activate software access, process payments, provide product support, prevent misuse, keep required records and comply with law.
4. Hosting and software information
Hosting and software systems process account, domain, connection and usage information needed to provide and secure the product. Content scheduled through the software is processed so it can be stored, approved and sent to a connected social network. Connected networks process information under their own privacy terms.
5. Suppliers and recipients
We may share information where needed with hosting, software, domain, email and payment providers, accounting tools, professional advisers and authorities where lawfully required. Some providers may process information outside South Africa under appropriate arrangements.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for product delivery, support, dispute handling, security and legal or tax records. We use reasonable safeguards and delete or de-identify information when no longer required, subject to lawful backup cycles.
7. Your rights
Subject to law, you may ask whether we hold your information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, ask for deletion where retention is not required, withdraw consent or complain. We may verify identity before acting. You may also complain to South Africa's Information Regulator.
8. Direct marketing
We do not add you to unrelated marketing merely because you asked about a package. Optional electronic marketing requires a legal reason and an opt-out. Product, invoice and security messages are not optional marketing.
