Important information
Customer Terms
These terms explain what you are buying, how payment and delivery work, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Supplier
The supplier is 3K Media (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2021/880503/07, incorporated in South Africa. Our business and legal-service address is 19 Louw Wepender, The Island, Sedgefield, Western Cape, 6573. Contact us at [email protected] or 073 248 6989.
2. You buy directly from 3K Media
You order from and pay 3K Media. We set the price and are responsible for supplying the package and helping if something goes wrong. Other companies may provide the servers or software behind the package, but 3K Media remains your seller unless we clearly agree otherwise in writing.
3. We sell set packages only
We sell only the website hosting, email hosting and self-use social media scheduling software shown on this website. These packages do not include consulting, campaign management, custom websites or software, hands-on IT support, research, news or media work, graphic design, or a person who creates content for you.
Buying a monthly package does not include any custom professional work.
4. Important Turnover Tax note
The website, order, invoice, receipt and delivery record should all describe the same package. However, SARS looks at what the business actually does and earns money from. A package name or disclaimer does not decide the tax result.
3K Media must check the Turnover Tax limits against its real income. These terms are not tax advice and do not guarantee that 3K Media qualifies.
5. What we confirm before payment
We confirm the package, account and storage limits, price, tax if applicable, start date and anything that is not included. Your order starts when you accept these details and make the required payment.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are in South African rand. Anything not listed in the package is not included. A separate payment company may process your payment, but you are still buying from 3K Media.
7. Website Hosting
The R390 monthly package keeps one standard website online with the storage, secure connection, backup and checking limits shown in your order. It does not include website design, software development, content changes, domain renewal, paid licences or email hosting. You are responsible for lawful website content and compatible website software.
8. Email Hosting
The email package supplies the number of business email addresses and storage shown in your order. It includes browser access, basic junk-email filtering and the settings needed to connect. A domain name, moving old email and hands-on device setup are not included. Junk-email filters cannot block every unwanted email or guarantee that every good email arrives.
9. Social Media Scheduling Software
This is online software that you use yourself, similar in purpose to other post-scheduling platforms. It includes one business account, up to three supported social pages and up to 30 scheduled posts each month. We confirm the supported social networks and available features before payment. It does not include a person creating content, posting for you, managing accounts, replying to comments or running adverts.
Social networks control their own connections and rules and may change them. If an important paid feature stops working, we will try to restore it or offer a suitable solution.
10. Starting, renewing and cancelling monthly packages
A monthly package starts after payment and after we receive the details needed to open the account. Unless your order says otherwise, it renews monthly and you may cancel before the next billing date. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We may stop access for illegal use, a serious security risk or an overdue amount after reasonable notice.
11. Safe and lawful use
Keep your login details safe and tell us quickly if you think someone else has access. You may not send spam, host harmful code, break the law or bypass package limits. We may take reasonable action to protect the system and other customers.
12. If something goes wrong
Internet services and social networks may sometimes be unavailable. We take reasonable steps to keep the package working and make backups where listed. Tell us about a problem as soon as possible and include your order number and proof. Depending on the problem and your legal rights, we may fix or restore the package, give a credit, reduce the price or issue a refund.
13. Liability and outside events
We remain responsible for direct loss caused by our breach to the extent required by law. We are not responsible for inaccurate customer content, unlawful instructions, weak customer passwords or events reasonably outside our control. Nothing excludes a right or liability that South African law does not allow us to exclude.
14. Complaints and law
Send complaints to [email protected] with your order or invoice reference and requested outcome. South African law applies, including non-excludable consumer rights under applicable legislation.
